We take bookings by phone so please call us on one of the numbers above. Prices range from £400.00 to £790.00 per week (Friday-Friday) depending on the time of year, we will accept bookings for weekends/part weeks if available. Please call for details.
Upon booking we require a non refundable deposit of £100.00 to be paid by cheque (made payable to E Chapman) or by Bank Transfer. A letter of confirmation will then be sent to you asking for the full balance to be paid within four weeks or 30 days of your holiday commencing.
We require a £100.00 returnable damage bond paid by cheque (made payable to E Chapman) or by Bank Transfer 14 days before your holiday starts. This is returned to you within 7 days of the end of your holiday, providing the cottage is left in a clean and satisfactory condition.
The cottage is fully open again and things seem to be going really well, we are following the social distancing rule and the government guidelines for cleaning. The guests so far seem really happy and feel very safe with the procedures in place. Please take a look at our recent reviews.

For holidays cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date where the balance has been paid, we will make every effort to re let the cottage and if we are successful we will refund your balance in full. Any cancellations must be confirmed to us in writing or email. All deposits are non refundable.
If you have had to cancel due to Covid, I am offering you the opportunity to rebook a like for like priced holiday in the future or to rebook an alternative week at the relevant price.
